We collectively bring 40 years plus experience in our Not for Profit Early Learning and Child Care Centre both in the profession and in Leadership.
Our Centre had successfully provided affordable childcare under the Non Profit $25 a day pilot project for over 3 years for families in High River and now we are under the NEW Alberta/Federal ELCC agreement that reduces fees for parents.
We are awaiting further federal government announcements for reduced child care fees as we move towards the $10 a day goal.
We provide culturally diverse professional trained staff who are supported and well compensated for the work in relationship building and encouraging children in all aspects of Early Learning and Flight curriculum.
We have six board members at Daydreams ELCC, comprised of people with business knowledge, Early Learning Professionals and Parents; together we have strong direction and knowledge base that enhances all our programs.
Ms. Shannon Wallin is the Executive Director of Daydreams ELCC Ltd & Daydreams Play Academy.
Ms. Elma Ton is our Director, and Parent Liaison/Flight Pedagogical Support.
Ms. Cha Belonio is our Program Supervisor and GRIT/ASaP Site Lead.

Daydreams Play Academy and daydreams ELCC Ltd focuses on the Alberta's FLIGHT Curriculum and Learning through Play Philosophies.
All environments has been carefully designed to focus on the concepts that the Environment is the 3rd teacher.
This means families with children ages 6 months to 6 years old can attend our wonderful centers.
The outdoor spaces join both centers together and add a additional 2 new spaces to the original 3 yards. This means that every child can be outside at play together not like most centers where only a room at a time can go out, so limiting play outdoors. We believe sunshine and fresh air are as important as any other concepts. We use loose parts in a unique play environment to stimulate children's curiosity and learning. We have gardens for children to enjoy and plant, forests to do small world play, construction areas, mud kitchens and we have sensory areas, and are now working on a new four season outdoor Art area with canopy for sunshade/rain or snow.
The area will be conveniently located at our entrance so that activities can be shared and viewed by parents on drop off and pick up.
